How to brew tea when you're at home
1.  Buy good tea.
2.  Make sure that you are tapping into a good water source.
3.  For best results, freshly boiled water is preferred.
4.  Pour a small amount of the boiled water into your ceramic or glass tea  pot. Swish the water around to warm the pot them pour this water out.
5.  Use one teaspoon of tea per 6 ounce cup.  If you like your tea a little stronger allow the tea to steep longer.
6.  Pour prepared water over the loose tea leaves
7.  Set your table with items specific to those that you invite.  Tailor your menu with your guest in mind.
